Due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor with technical expertise and experience of working with alarm systems to join their professional team in Hertfordshire.

From design and installation to maintenance and repairs they offer customers a fully comprehensive service, ensuring their clients’ property is safeguarded with bespoke, high-quality systems.


The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Your responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the maintenance processes of their CCTV and intruder alarm systems.


About You:

Given the knowledge of alarm systems that will be required for this role, it is likely that you will be an experienced Alarm Engineer who is perhaps looking to take on a more office-based role possibly in a managerial role.

Key to this role will be your ability to understand customers’ issues and provide the required solutions. Having the following knowledge and skills is therefore crucial:

  • Expertise in CCTV and intruder alarm systems, covering installation, maintenance, and fault-finding
  • Proficient in installation, wiring, and positioning for optimal performance
  • Skilled in maintenance, servicing, and quick fault diagnosis to minimise downtime
  • Technical proficiency in diverse technologies including wired/wireless systems and IP cameras
  • Thorough understanding of regulations and standards
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Customer service focus and efficient task prioritisation
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and technological adaptation
