Are you ready to take charge of an essential role ensuring hundreds of students have a smooth and safe journey to their summer school experience? Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If yes, then my client has an exciting opportunity for you as an Airport Transfers Coordinator.

As the Airport Transfers Coordinator, you will oversee the seamless operation of our airport transfers service, ensuring students arrive at their campus from Heathrow Airport efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and managing a team of Terminal Coordinators, coordinating with campus staff and third-party transport providers, conducting risk assessments, and training team members.
You'll be based at our Head Office in Oxford, with the option of some hybrid working during the planning phase. During transfer days, you'll be the main point of contact, ensuring students are welcomed warmly and reach their destinations on time.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 pro rata)
  • Fixed-term contract with potential for hybrid working (April till August )
