We are seeking a dedicated Instructor (Airborne) to contribute to the team's success and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their training services.

Responsibilities:

Safety & Assurance:

  • Act as a role model for Flight Safety awareness during airborne and ground operations.
  • Follow and promote safety policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Engage in the 'Safety Culture' by reporting hazards, 'near misses,' and completing mandatory training.

Our People:

  • Build positive partnering relationships with stakeholders for effective and efficient training delivery.
  • Act as a role model for the organizational values and promote diversity and inclusion at work.

Customers, Partners & Suppliers:

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of the overall Flying Training Programme.
  • Complete all daily events to support the Daily Flying Programme and enhance the training system.

Performance:

  • Deliver airborne, synthetic, and technical instruction to meet specified standards.
  • Overcome changing circumstances to maintain the best learning experience for trainees.
  • Support the ongoing, safe delivery of training.

Financial:

  • Maximize course completion and efficiency without compromising on safety or quality standards.
  • Maintain awareness of the business strategy and support opportunities to grow our business.

Requirements:

  • Proven flying ability in a Military environment.
  • Current or previous Central Flying School Instructional Recommendation or Category.
  • Evidence of medical fitness to undertake the role.
  • Confidence in delivering training to diverse audiences in varying environments.

Please note that the role will be based in Anglesey and is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. UK Security Clearance will also be required for this role.
