My client has a vast set up, consisting of over 200 environmental, engineering, and technical services firms collaborating to deliver world changing solutions. One of these successful firms, who lead in health and safety, asbestos, and property compliance services, are seeking a talented Air Quality Consultant to join their expert team of almost 100 employees.

The Role:

As an Air Quality Consultant, you will be focussing primarily on airtightness, weatherproofing, and insulation continuity, as well as providing guidance on robustness, buildability, and coordination. You will prepare structured reports that provide an assessment of design and monitor issues at both the construction and design stages. Furthermore, you will undertake helpful design reviews with important members of the construction team.

This exciting role is largely based at home with the opportunity to travel to sites nationwide with an occasional overnight stay, all expenses covered.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills in the form of liaising with clients and writing factual reports.
• Mathematically minded in order to carry out area calculations.
• Full UK driver's license.
• CSCS card.
• CWCT qualification is preferred.
