Job Title: Air Testing Technician

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000, Plus Benefits

The Company:

Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a specialist UK based company who provide professional building compliance services. They have over 30 years' experience delivering Building Safety Regulator (BSR) approved services in major UK infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. An exciting opportunity has become available as an Air Testing Technician, situated in Newcastle.

Requirements:

  • Full UK drivers license
  • ATTMA Level 1 or above.
  • Good IT skills including the ability to use spreadsheets, email and manage files.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.

The Role:

  • Safely transporting technical equipment between sites.
  • Conducting tests in accordance with CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001 and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2 British Standards.
  • Writing ATTMA short reports.
  • Liaising with key professionals on site.

As an Air Testing Technician, you will be visiting many different sites and involved in all phases of construction. Work is varied and as a result, always provides interesting new challenges. If you feel you are the match for this position, apply while its still available.
