The Company:

My client is one of the biggest building compliance service providers in England and Wales, who are approved by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). They cover vast projects in both commercial and residential areas. Their commercial projects include public sector, industrial, and retail buildings, while their residential projects include new builds, conversions, and extensions. An Air testing technician position is now open and based in Birmingham.

The Role:

A successful applicant will have good IT skills, awareness of current construction design, and have experience in testing complex building structures. You should have minimum Level 1 ATTMA airtightness testing certification and be able to produce ATTMA short reports. As an Air Testing Technician, you will be working in accordance with CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001 and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2 British Standards. From this, you will be highlighting potential issues and providing innovative solutions.

If you enjoy being on the go and experiencing different work environments, this is the role for you as you will be visiting different sites at different phases of construction.
