Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area. The role will be working with Pharma Freight.

Main duties:-

  • Quotations
  • Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
  • Exports Customs Entries
  • Invoicing
  • Completing Air exports jobs (from start to finish)
  • Occasionally assisting with Imports (Training offered)

Experience Needed:-

  • Minimum 2 years Air export experience.
  • Pharma knowledge needed.

Personal skills:-

  • Good communication
  • Well-organised - Able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
  • Good commercial awareness

Working Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
