Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer required for our client, an M&E contractor specialising in electrical, plumbing, heating, fire and security, and air conditioning and refrigeration installations and maintenance, based in King's Lynn.

Our client currently covers an area across East Anglia including Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire, and they are looking to expand their team with another Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to complete installations, servicing, and repairs for a variety of cooling equipment for commercial clients in the area.

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
• Company van provided
• Door to door travel paid
• Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm (45 hour working week)
• 29 days holiday (21 days + bank holidays)
• Overtime available
• No mandatory call outs, but call out work available if desired

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer Position Responsibilities

• Installation of air conditioning systems, cold rooms, display cases, cellar coolers, bottle coolers, and other cooling equipment
• Service and reactive maintenance of cooling equipment
• Responding to jobs throughout the day using a PDA system

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer Position Requirements

• F Gas qualification essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Experienced in completing installations, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits, Cold Rooms, Display Cases, and Bottle/Cellar Coolers
• Hydrocarbon tickets desirable
