The Role

This Top 50 UK firm are seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Director OR Partner, to join their Oxford Office.

Through growth, this progressive practice are in the process of their further expanding their offering; and now seeking an experienced individual to join their award winning Agricultural Property Team.

Agriculture is recognised as a key sector strength within the firm, with notable L500 & Chambers Individuals, driving forward growth on a national scale. The team delivers a specialist offering across Agri Property & Development, for;

• Landed Estates
• Colleges
• Farmers
• Landowners

Working collaboratively with their wider Agricultural & Real Estate teams, this makes for a sociable position, with plenty pf support.

Due to the seniority of this role, you will be expected to be an experienced Lawyer – whilst there is sufficient demand/ work to make this hire, this is aligned as part of an wider growth strategy so you will be expected to have contacts and the ability to generate further business for the team.

You Will Be:

• An experienced Lawyer with 8 PQE +
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a leading, Regional, National, City or Global Firm
