We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join an expanding team within an exceptional consultancy who are going through significant growth. As the Delivery Lead, you'll play a crucial role in steering the delivery of their clients Trusted Research Environment (TRE) proposition.

Utilising your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will guide development teams in adhering to best practices, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring consistent value delivery through Agile principles and practices. You will also:

• Effectively manage and prioritise project tasks and issues using GitHub
• Fostering transparency and traceability throughout the development lifecycle
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Bring experience working in trusted research environments, understanding the unique challenges and requirements
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build diverse teams through excellent hiring processes and planning
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements
• Provide project updates, and ensure alignment between business needs and development activities.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, effectively conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Drive collaboration and foster a community learning culture through mentorship and coaching. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or in a similar role.
• Technical background with a solid understanding of software development and the cloud.
• Experience using GitHub for ticket management.
• Familiarity with Trusted Research Environments is essential
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to create and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
