Location: Leicester full time

Salary: £23,000, increasing to £25,000 after success completion of probation plus up to £5k Bonus per year

Are you a bubbly, talkative person who is comfortable talking to customers?

Our client is a fantastic B2B Energy retail energy provider, providing energy and water to commercial businesses across the UK. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking Agents who are ready to learn the energy sector, it can be tricky, but you will be supported by an amazing team! In your role, you will be advising customers on their energy bills; mostly over the phone but also through email to inform customers about their payment options and arrangements.
