We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial graduate to join a dynamic team as Agency Partnerships Executive.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the advertising technology sector.
The role is based in Central London, providing immediate and direct communication with the VP, facilitating rapid onboarding and effective, hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the VP in managing daily operational tasks and strategic projects.
  • Support lead generation activities and the development of sales materials.
  • Help coordinate and optimize our sales pipelines according to the specific operational style and needs of the business.
  • Engage in market research to support new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage calendars, correspondence, and meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Actively participate with agencies through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to foster a positive relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (achieved 2:1 or above)
  • Native English speaker
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset.
  • Interested in sales and effective in navigating all facets of the sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite, and adept at quickly adapting to new software and systems.
  • Legally authorized to work in the UK.

Desirable

  • Experience in or knowledge of the advertising technology industry.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing and media partnerships
