Agency Chef - Leeds - £13 - £18 per hour

* Agency worker - Temporary worker

Duties and responsibilities: -

* Section set up.
* Pre-planned menu to customer specifications
* Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
* Assisting with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods
* Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes
* Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift and need to be dated.
* Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment

Skills and qualifications: -

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* 2 years of prior experience as a chef.
* In-depth knowledge of the standards of baking, cooking and grilling techniques
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures.

Shift Rotation: -

Weekends or weekdays with flexible hours working depending on client requirements.
