Well established business trading for over 60 years needs your help! This group has a small number of dealerships in the Southeast of England giving you the opportunity of progression & training. Currently have a google rating of 4.5 as a business we know they are giving the best customer service. Staff retention is super important so you will be rewarded for hard work and commitment.
  • Location: Hastings
  • Role: Aftersales Manager
  • Length: Full Time/Permanent
  • Salary: £40,000 basic salary
  • Bonus: £55,000 OTE + over-achievement bonus
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.15am-5.45pm
  • Holiday: 30 days, additional days with length of service 
As Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for managing this company’s multi-brand workshop, leading the Aftersales support and workshop teams, managing staff. You will be overseeing aftersales processes, planning and managing parts mix and stock levels, and handling the day-to-day operations of the service and parts department to achieve targets.

What they’re looking for in an Aftersales Manager:
  • Previous Aftersales Management experience is preferable
  • Ability to manage and work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service/people skills, delivering services to high standards
  • Full UK driving licence.
