Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their aftersales needs.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide expert advice and solutions.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient workflow in the garage.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer requirements and ensure accurate service delivery.
• Handle inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle parts inquiries and orders.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales or customer service
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £29k
• Monday - Friday
• 20 days holiday + BH
• Family run, friendly team
• Sausage sandwiches on a Friday!
