The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with another leading client of ours, with the hire of an Aftersales Advisor, for a busy motor trade dealership group based in Newbury. Our client has over ten years within the motor retail industry, and as one of the country’s most progressive motor groups.

Responsibilities & Requirements Of An Aftersales Advisor:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, and parts.

Schedule service appointments and liaise with customers to confirm details and ensure timely service delivery.

Assist customers in understanding warranty coverage, service contracts, and maintenance schedules.

Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.

Upsell additional services, maintenance packages, or accessories to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.

Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally, aiming for swift resolution and customer retention.

Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to optimise aftersales processes and improve customer satisfaction.

The Package:

Basic salary of £26,000 + OTE of up to £32,000!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] + (1-in-3) Saturdays [8:00am - 12:00pm]!
