Affiliate & Digital Executive

Manchester – Fridays WFH & 2.30pm finish

Salary up to £30k (potential to stretch for exceptional candidates)

We’re exclusively supporting a hugely exciting Retail business, who a fiercely loyal customer base in their respective product field, with a 60% return customer rate. They're NUMBER 1 on TikTok shop for their product line, and the Affiliates channel is one of their biggest revenue drivers, alongside of PPC & Influencer. As the Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing the affiliate channel, while also contributing to the growth of the Influencer Affiliate program. You'll be at the forefront of our TikTok presence, engaging audiences through live presentations and captivating content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge Strong Relationships: Manage direct partnerships with key affiliates, ensuring exceptional service delivery in alignment with standards and agreements.
  • Scout New Opportunities: Research and source new affiliate prospects, collaborating with networks to continuously enhance recruitment efforts and identify strategic gaps.
  • Keep Affiliates Informed: Provide affiliates with timely updates on product launches, company news, and promotional activities to optimise their performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Utilise our marketing calendar to orchestrate tailored opportunities for the affiliate network, maximizing engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate for Success: Support the Head of Marketing in executing strategic initiatives aimed at channel growth and achievement of business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Work closely with the Senior Social Media Executive to deliver compelling TikTok content, while also assisting in weekly and monthly reporting using analytics tools to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Financial Acumen: Operate within budgetary constraints set by the Head of Marketing, while identifying additional opportunities to enhance ROI.
  • Streamline Sales Validation: Take ownership of the sales validation process, ensuring timely approval or declination of affiliate orders.
  • Industry Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, attending events, and nurturing industry relationships to bring fresh perspectives to our marketing strategies.

Your skills & experience:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing and proficiency with the AWIN program.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and familiarity with TikTok.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Negotiation prowess and analytical mindset.
