Aesthetic Clinic Manager - Luxury Aesthetic Clinic

Daytime Healthcare are working with an established Aesthetic Clinic who are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager in Stamford, Lincolnshire to join their team!

As an Aesthetic Clinic Manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the smooth operation of the clinic.
• Lead, develop and manage the clinic and a team.
• Mentor, train, supervise and motivate team members.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicatiors to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have experience managing an aesthetic clinic.
• Confident selling personality and aesthetic experience.
• Must be professional, reliable and organised.
• Must be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player.
• Outstanding presentation, leadership skills and communication skills.
• Relevant experience in the aesthetic industry.

Qualifications:

• Beauty Therapy Level 3 (essential)
• Beauty Therapy Level 4 Beauty or IPL (highly desirable)

Additional commission earnings to be earned!

Schedule:

• Full time, 40 hours, Tuesday - Saturday
• Late shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays
