Aerospace Warehouse Manager (must have previous experience)

NEW POSITION -

My clients a well established Aerospace Warehouse Manager- required for permanent positions based within the Heathrow area.

Duties would include:

• Overseeing the smooth running of warehouse operative
• Managing a team of 4+ operatives
• Picking and packing of AOG parts
• Ensuring orders are dispatched within a timely manner
• Inspecting goods
• Recording and reporting any damages
• Liaising with clients on a daily basis
• Forklift truck driving
• HR- recruiting and training staff
• Quality insurance
• Inventory control
• Maintain internal quality procedures for team
• Internal and external audits to ensure compliance in line with HMRC/UK Government regulations
• Monitoring all health and safety within the warehouse
• Reporting to the general manager

Skills required:

• Experience within a similar role
• AEROSPACE experience!
• PC literate
• Experience using quantum system
• Strong leadership skills
• Valid forklift licence- preferred
• Experience using system Quantum control -essential
• ISO/QA qualification

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday 0800-1700 plus on call 1in5 ( OT paid)
