Eteach is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Advertising Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising solutions and sponsorship opportunities to education-related businesses and organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of advertising clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored advertising solutions to meet the unique goals and objectives of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure advertising sales and sponsorship agreements, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and industry partners to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative departments, to develop compelling advertising proposals and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.
  • Proven track record of success in advertising B2B sales, preferably within the education or media industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, online marketing trends, and advertising technologies is a plus.
