Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting excellence in clinical practice. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and manage complex healthcare needs across a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical health assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, utilizing your Level 6 or 7 qualification.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to colleagues, including nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice, in accordance with local regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in the education and training of healthcare staff, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Advanced Clinical Practice.
  • Current registration and licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the relevant specialty area.
  • Physical Health Assessment Qualification at Level 6 or 7.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to act autonomously within your scope of practice.
