Job Description: Locum Advanced Practitioner (NMP/ANP/ECP) for Urgent Care Services

Service: Out of Hours (OOH) / Urgent Care
Locations: Surrey / London / West Midlands / Liverpool / Cheshire / Sunderland / South Tyneside, and more
Rate: £40-£50 per hour (paid Ltd or as sole trader)

Client Overview:

  • Our client provides Out of Hours (OOH) services to patients across England.
  • Award-winning provider with multiple sites across the UK, operating within NHS Trusts ED departments, purpose-built bases, and hubs.

Service and Role:

  • Provide urgent care services using the Adastra system, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
  • Consult patients face-to-face in clinics, with the possibility of home visiting and tele-health services.
  • Work during both in-hours and mainly out-of-hours shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure optimal patient treatment.
  • Utilise clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases, making critical decisions for patient well-being.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fully qualified NMP, ANP/ECP with minor injuries and minor illness training.
  • Recent DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.
  • Up to date with all mandatory training, registrations, and immunisations.
