Adult's Social Worker - Calderdale - Mental Health Team

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult's Social Workers to join a Mental Health Team based in Calderdale.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with disabilities, have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• To provide a professional social work service and achieve good outcomes for service users, their families, and carers.
• To supervise students and trainees and to contribute to the development of other staff including Social Workers in
  Levels 1 and/or 2.
• Make day-to-day decisions in accordance with the range of duties and within the parameters agreed by the Team Manager.
• Able to react to immediate problems of a highly complex nature with associated risk factors and deliver immediate solutions sometimes under extreme pressure.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• 2 years post qualification experience in a field or residential social work setting.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK license.
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
