Adult Community Social Worker - Hybrid - up to £34ph

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for an experienced Adult's social worker to join their community team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Adult's social care.

This position offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise your time spent in the comfort of your own home & completely manage your own diary, meaning you'll create a fantastic work life balance.

Responsibilities include;

• To work on Duty as part of the community Team the front door to Adult Social Care screening all referrals coming in to the team.
• Completing duty visits and attending ARM, Safeguarding Section 42 meetings or Ward round over Teams.

Requirements;

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• Experience in working Adult's Services
• A drivers license & access to a car
• An up to date DBS check
