-To plan develop and teach a subject specific learning programme for adults and or families.

-Undertake an induction with learners for every course.

-Provide a scheme of work and lesson plans for each class, teaching Health & well being, arts & crafts, Maths and English.

-Prepare, teach and mark as required.

-Undertake effective assessments of learning and recording of learners achievement and progression.

-Provide reports to make an effective contribution to the self - assessment process.

-Provide learners with appropriate progression advice and IAG.

-Undertake professional development and training and attend curriculum and staff meetings as required.

This is a Casual role so working hours will be flexible.

Enhanced DBS checking is required.

Multiple Learning Centres such as Brierley Hill, Castle and Priory and Dudley Wood.
