We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a leading manufacturing company based in Yatton! Our client continues to grow every year and is currently in its next expansion phase so it is a very exciting time to join this company with some excellent long term career opportunities.

This is a full-time temp to perm role with a potentially immediate start.

Working hours: 8am- 4pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £11.44 per hour + £86 monthly attendance bonus

Duration: Initially this will be for a period of 12 weeks but there is potential for this to become a permanent opportunity.

Start date: ASAP, following a successful interview and various checks.

Duties:

  • Maintaining and updating records within various systems using Excel.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Assisting with delivery of services to the client.
  • Proving cover to reception when required.
  • Raising purchase orders and arranging payment of invoices.
  • Providing business support in a team as well as working alone.
  • Administering petty cash.

You will need:

  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in using Excel
  • Previous experience of working in administration and / or business support.
  • Data entry experience ideally.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • An enthusiastic and confident approach to duties.
  • To be able to use initiative and multi task when needed.
