Technical Sales Support / Customer Service Executive

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive on behalf of a leading client based in the Epsom area who work within the retail sector. The main scope of this role will be to provide efficient and effective support to Account Managers and also Customers through a variety of different means.

Duties will include:

  • Give first line advice and guidance to customers and accounts managers with strong resolutions to any issues
  • Providing quotes
  • Resolve shipment queries
  • Running regular reports
  • Overcoming delivery issues for products, and dealing with finance queries
  • Guiding customers though the process
  • Ensuring the CRM system is updated regularly
  • eCommerce customer service

Experience Required

  • Have technical experience and able to troubleshoot
  • Admin experience
  • Good Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • GCSES C and above in Maths and English
  • IT proficient
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable
  • Must live local to Epsom
