We're now recruiting for an Administrator to join a global company (HQ in Kings Langley) who are renowned for the work they do in making a difference to the planet.

This is a temporary position for at least the next 3-6 months, although a possibility this could go permanent for the right person, if that's what you were looking for.

They're a company that take their position seriously in the work they're doing for the environment and as such, also put a lot into ensuring their workforce are happy and well looked after; providing rewarding work which is part of something bigger and everyone's efforts are making an impact.

Within this administration position you'd be working closely with the companies' legal team as well as some of the wider departments and supporting on administrative tasks such as contracts, projects, transactions and legal documents.

Legal experience isn't essential but would be a huge advantage, having some form of administration experience is the most important thing for this position.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, working 3 days in the Kings Langley offices and 2 days remote - The office has great public transport routes being very close to the train station and free parking on site if driving (and EV chargers for employee use).

The hourly rate for this role will be around £14 to £16 per hour dependant on experience, plus holiday accrual - If you worked for them longer term though they do have fantastic benefits from flexible working, private healthcare and much more.

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of virtual data rooms for sales and other transactions.
  • Assisting the solicitors and other colleagues on contracts and legal documentation for signature.
  • Assisting with the close down of projects from start to finish, from the sign-off process, right the way through to gathering the necessary documents and data and any adhoc admin along the way.
  • Supporting the legal team with proof reading contracts/documentation for discrepancies, omissions and errors, highlighting and correcting issues where appropriate
  • Assisting colleagues across the business with GDPR and Data Protection enquiries - Taking any queries to the legal team to obtain correct information.
  • Assisting with filing of signed contracts and legal documentation.
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team and group as well as wider teams within the business support function of the Kings Langley site.

What do we need from you?

Due to the nature of the role detailed above, you will need to be articulate, have excellent communication skills and be able to work off your own initiative whilst being a key member of a small team. Prior experience of working within administration and good attention to detail is a hugely important thing in this role as you're dealing with legal documents daily.

Due to the location of the offices, you will either need to be able to easily get to Kings Langley train station or be able to drive to the offices.

Not essential, but if you do have any legal experience, do highlight this as they'd be very interested in that knowledge.

What next?

Apply for the role, get in touch with Bobby and we are looking to hold interviews asap with the ability to start the right person immediately or as soon as possible.
