I am supporting a reputable business in Bournemouth who are seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a part-time contract to enhance their CRM system. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring all donations and historic grants are accurately recorded, and developing comprehensive reports for the 360 Giving online resource.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Import and manage donation records and historic grant data within Salesforce.
  • Develop and generate reports tailored to support the 360 Giving online resource.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits and clean-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify system improvements and implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM with a strong understanding of its functionalities and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data import tools and data management practices.
