Salary : £23000- £25000

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm
 
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in the Chandlers Ford area.
 
Due to growth plans for 2024 our client is looking for an Administrator to join a specialist team.
 
As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks
 
  • Completing all round administrative tasks
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Assisting in stock control and allocation of stock
  • Scheduling engineers in to complete work
  • Building and maintaining relationships with engineers
  • Managing a scheduling system
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Liaising with freight companies regarding import and exports
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers via email and on the telephone
  • Maintaining the highest levels of customer service at all times
  • Liaising with haulage suppliers to arrange the transportation of goods
  • Ad-hoc Project admin work
 
The ideal administrator will have / be
 
  • Good communication skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Be fully competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be well organised.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
  • Ability to liaise at various levels
  • Experienced in planning and multi-tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
