LinkLife are working with a client based in Thame, Oxfordshire who are seeking an Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role and the right candidate will be flexible and eager to learn

Role - Administrator

Location - Thame, Oxfordshire

Salary - £24,000 - £27,000 DOE

Contract - Full time, permanent - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30

Main Duties of Administrator -

  • Handling inbound calls, directing them to appropriate staff, and welcoming visitors to the company premises
  • Engaging with clients and colleagues via email and phone to maintain strong relationships
  • Collaborating with the Warehouse and Office teams for smooth operations
  • Managing daily tasks like generating dispatch labels from spreadsheets, handling orders, and tracking PODs
  • Supporting team efforts in meeting deadlines for various projects and assisting Account Directors in project delivery
  • Maintaining company stock records using Warehouse management systems
  • Aiding the Transport Team by answering calls and assisting callers, drivers, depots, and customers
  • Assisting with additional projects and adhoc tasks as needed, with flexibility to transition between tasks efficiently

Key Essentials of Administrator -

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Confident in handling telephone communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Adept at fostering positive relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Exceptional at managing time effectively
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Maintains a positive attitude in all situations
  • Eager to learn and advance professionally
