New Business Property Administrator

Birmingham

Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday 

Salary £20,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience) 

Are you looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham? Join our client’s dynamic team as a Property Administrator - to provide support to their new business team.

Duties

  • Providing full support to our clients Property New Business Team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preparing correspondence using our clients case management system.
  • Communicating with clients both over the phone and in person.
  • Administering filing systems, including daily filing and managing client files.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new business introducers.
  • Guiding clients through the initial stages of their property transactions.
  • Handling mail and preparing dispatches.
  • Organising scanning and photocopying tasks.
  • Undertaking any other duties as required.

The Candidate


  • Ideally, some administration experience within residential conveyancing, although desired not essential
  • Demonstrated initiative, capable of conducting searches, ID checks, and other file work independently.
  • High levels of speed and accuracy in your work.
  • Excellent telephone manner and comfort with client interactions.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable approach to tasks.
  • Desire to progress within the new business department.
  • Opportunity for career development and progression after 18 months.
