Our client based in the centre of Cheltenham are looking to expand their team and need someone who's organised, wants to learn and is happy to complete daily administrative tasks. This is an exciting time to join them as they move into their next phase.
 
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for data entry, raising invoices, responding to questions and queries via phone and email amongst other general administrative tasks.
 
Hours of work for this Administration role are 25 hours per week Monday - Friday with a salary on offer of £12ph. In addition, you will get access to a good benefits package including:
·20 days holiday + bank holidays (Pro-rata).
·Private medical insurance.
·Pension scheme.
·Free on site parking.
 
The roles and responsibilities of this Administrator role are:
·Raising invoices and sending invoices using Xero.
·Closing daily tickets from clients.
·Producing PO numbers using Autotask.
·Checking and booking in stock daily.
·Updating internal CRM system including updating supplier invoices.
·Responding to questions and queries via phone and email.
·Data entry and other general administration tasks.
 
The ideal Administrator will be able to display the following qualities:
·Confident talking with internal team members.
·Wanting to learn new skills.
·Fantastic communication skills written and verbal.
·Ability to use Microsoft applications.
·Able to work individually and as part of a team.
