Corporate Services Administrator

12-month Temporary contract

Pay rate: £13.85 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 17.00

Hybrid role: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.

We are recruiting a Corporate Services Administrator to work for our prestigious, innovative client based in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities: Corporate Services Administrator

  • Support the administration of corporate orders. Accurately checking information & approving or rejecting orders as per current guidelines. Following a detailed administrative process for each sales channel.
  • Follow changes in process accurately to ensure all orders are administered to current rules of engagement.
  • Stay up to date with current guidelines & requirements.
  • Assist other teams within Corporate Support with administrative tasks as required to achieve overall department objectives.
  • Be Flexible & Pick up new processes quickly whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Skills / Knowledge/Experience: Corporate Services Administrator

  • Knowledge and/or experience of the vehicle supply chain advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to maintaining high levels of administrative accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to pick up new processes quickly.
  • Numerical & articulate.
  • Excellent administrative skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate well with others.
  • Adaptable & flexible.
