An Administrator is required for our manufacturing and production company based in Burgess Hill. The role involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.

Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  • Perform record keeping duties.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
  • Liaise with internal departments on a regular basis.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or reception role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £13 - £15 per hour
  • Temporary assignment with the opportunity to go permanent
