Administrator
An established, friendly maintenance company are currently looking for an Administrator. The Administrator role involves assisting with the organisation of Engineers, liaising with customers, organising and logging routine inspections and emergency callouts alongside all general office administrative functions.
- £25,000
- 8.30am - 5pm or 8am - 4.30pm
- Office based role
- 25 days holiday and company pension scheme

Administrator responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and logging these using the in-house database
- Arranging and co-ordinating call-outs for Engineers, ensuring maximum efficiency in terms of time and distance
- Raising required paperwork on behalf of the Engineers
- Liaising with customers to ensure that works are completed on time and to a satisfactory level
- Raising purchase orders with third party vendors
- Regularly updating the status of inspections/call-outs
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports for management and monitoring the service report
- Completing quotations for repair works and invoicing
- Sourcing equipment from suppliers
- Dealing with website enquires as required
- Following up outstanding overdue payments
- Carrying out all general office administration duties including monitoring the in-house email inbox, scanning and document control
Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
