Administrator/ Fawley, Southampton/ 1-year with potential for extension/ £32,100 - 35,100 p.a

Responsibilities:

  • Typing, filing, and maintaining documents
  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
  • Scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Efficient record-keeping and data management

  • Procuring office supplies and managing mail distribution

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus.

  • Numerate - ability to compute figures for various systems.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing priorities.
