Your new company
Working in the professional services industry for a growing, family-run organisation, you will join as an Administrator within their Client Servicing Team (CST). In this role you will be supporting the firm with all aspects of administrative support to aid their growth and online presence.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you will be part of the Client Servicing Team. Working in a mixed administration role you will be reporting into the Operations Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handling and disposal of sensitive client documentation
  • Filing and following up on client paperwork
  • Producing new files
  • Sourcing for information from providers for advisers
  • Producing analytics and monthly reports
  • Answering professional telephone calls
  • Drafting letters of correspondence
  • Maintaining LinkedIn online presence.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior administrative experience in an office environment and be willing to learn and develop your professional skill set in the professional services industry. You will be dedicated to being professional at all times, taking responsibility and ownership of duties, and adding to the positive, empathetic, and respectful environment.

  • Competitive salary £20,000 - 30,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
