Administrator Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain engineering records and project files.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines.
• General office duties and maintenance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments.
• Processing sales orders/purchase orders.

Administrator Experience:

• Experienced using accounting software (Sage 50) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering environment.
