Recruit UK are working on a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join a Financial Planning firm in Alton.

This is a great role for someone looking for their first step into the Financial Planning industry! Perhaps you have recently graduated from a Finance degree, or you have a couple of years working in an office but want a role that can develop your career!

In this role you will work closely alongside the Administration Manager, providing support for the Financial Advisers.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining client files
  • Managing client relationships and supporting with any queries
  • Preparing meeting packs and general diary management
  • Overseeing documentations, ensuring compliance
  • Sending Letters of Authority and client valuations

Skills and experience required:

  • An interest/passion for the Financial Planning industry
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Some Administrator/Office experience
