Description

  • Answering client calls; taking messages where necessary & processing queries
  • Diary management of office boardroom
  • Manage post
  • Scanning client records & maintaining tracking spreadsheet
  • Preparing client proposals
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Liaising with clients for onboarding queries
  • Closing clients & associated reporting
  • Support Admin Manager with adhoc activities & projects.

Profile

  • Excellent communication both written & verbal
  • Experience in similar admin role
  • Background in accounts/tax firm an advantage but not essential
  • Flexible, agile & adaptable
  • Ability to multi task & work under pressure
  • Confident
  • Team player
