Your new role
Providing the HR and Training Manager with administrative support:

* Maintaining records of training costs, to schedule refresher and expired courses
* Booking training courses
* Filling of various paperwork
* Ordering and logging stationary supplies
* Taking calls from clients and suppliers
* Greeting visitors at reception
* Acknowledging and logging CV applications
* Maintaining records for external audit purposes
* Ensuring all site based employees have in date training qualifications and tickets
What you'll need to succeed
Good Administration knowledge and system experience.
Able to work under your own esteem.
Proficient using Work, outlook and Excel.
What you'll get in return
Salary: £23,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours/Days 8.30am-5.15pm Mon, Tues & Wed, 1 hr lunch, unpaid
Holidays: 28 days pro rata + extra days on Christmas shut down
