Administration Support Assistant
  • Location: Ruislip, London
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is essential to provide both administrative and operational tasks.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communication.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as required.
  • Communication Liaison:
    • Liaising with other departments within the organisation.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties as needed.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Address and resolve operational issues 
    • Provide timely solutions to challenges that may arise on a day-to-day basis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • GCE or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in administrative support 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
