Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Headteacher – Immediate start!

Are you an organized, diligent, and proactive individual with a passion for education? This outstanding school in Reading is seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Headteacher in a dynamic and vibrant educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Headteacher.
  • Manage the Headteacher’s diary, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Act as a liaison between the Headteacher and staff, students, parents, and external agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters and demonstrate discretion at all times.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within an educational environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with school management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a school or similar role.
  • Understanding of the educational sector and its regulatory framework.
