Job Title: Administrator/Scheduler

Hours: 1pm - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Starting Salary: £13,992.00 per annum

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator/Scheduler to join our team in BL1. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a call centre or office administration role. While optical experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a highly experienced team of professionals by ensuring the patient journey is a positive experience
- Manage patient appointments, orders, clinical requests, and internal processes effectively
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and communicate confidently with customers
- Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's experience in a call centre or office administration role
- Highly competent in using in-house packages and MS Office
- Must be methodical in approach and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking to customers
- Must be local to BL1
- Would be great if you like dogs too.
