SALARY £25-27,000 DOE
My client has an exciting opportunity for an EXPERIENCED PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR to join their very busy department. They are looking for a strong Administrator to work closely with the two Managing Directors. Administration experience is essential along with excellent computer skills.
Brief Role Description:
- Preparing and typing of letters and emails
- Appointment making for Directors
- Taking and making of calls
- Filing and updating records
- Ensuring all documents maintained accurately
- Collating figures
- Updating records
- Other general administration duties when required
Person Specification:
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and presentable
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
- Reliable & highly organised with ability to multi-task and prioritise work load effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self motivated
- Team player
- Confident in acting on own initiative
- Good level of common sense
- Strong work ethic with can do attitude
- Trustworthy & discreet with confidential information & client data
Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
