We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our client in an ongoing temporary role. As an all-around experienced administrator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our clients operations running smoothly. Your exceptional planning and organizational skills will be put to the test as you tackle a variety of tasks and cope with ever-changing demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage workloads and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilise your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges and changes in priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage workloads efficiently.
