The Role
As the System Administrator your role is to ensure the ERP system is kept up to date, with live data, at all times. You will need to be able to design views and pull reports to fully support the Production Team. You are responsible for all data being accurate. You will be responsible for system data across all sites.
Your mission is ensuring all stakeholders can access up to date information at any time, optimise the view of the data and to do so efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include
· Responsible for ensuring all technicians are accurately entering their timesheet data onto the SFDC.
· Become the Production Emax 'superuser’ and train others on the Production parts of Emax.
· Run weekly reports for the Senior Production Manager.
· Run any other reports required.
· Optimise views on Emax for the Production Management Team.
· Ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
· Check timings and book all jobs in within 48 hours of completion.
· Adjust timesheet entries as appropriate.
· Cover for the Production Scheduler when they are absent.
Knowledge and Experience
· Experience of scheduling.
· Previous experience using ERP / MRP system.
· Demonstrable experience of working to agreed schedules and targets.
