An esteemed UK Utilities company situated in St Mary Cray urgently seeks an Administrator to integrate into their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Dealing with customer complaints and enquires
• Planning Engineers, medical, training, stand-by patterns
• Raising Work Orders and Purchase orders
• Dealing with invoices
• Communicating to customers via letters emails and phone
• Ad-Hoc reports and enquiries when required

Ideal candidate:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data entry advantageous not essential
• Experience/knowledge using/managing spreadsheets desirable
• Confident working to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proactive, reliable and hard-working
• Enjoy working in a team but also alone
