REED are Exclusively recruiting an Administrator for an Accountancy Practice based in Poole for Part Time Hours

(20 - 25 hours per week or 4 hours across 5 days_

Salary is £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum on a FTE basis)

Duties include:

  • Answering phone
  • Opening incoming post and processing/scanning and either dealing with it or passing to appropriate person
  • Franking outgoing post and taking to post box
  • Checking our enquiries and own emails regularly during the day
  • Logging books received/returned
  • Updating job tracking systems
  • Scanning
  • Preparing letters
  • Greeting clients
  • Making calls as and when required
  • Credit control
  • Some less complex billing
  • Assistance with company secretarial work
  • Submitting returned documents to HMRC and Companies House
  • Carrying out procedures for new clients, preparing engagement letters and setting up agent authority
  • Setting up new client trackers and maintaining them
  • Ensuring our customer database is up to date
  • Checking deadlines and liaising with the team and clients to ensure they are met

Requirement:

- Well Organised with proven experience within Administration

- Able to work to deadlines

- Professional outlook

- Previous experience working within a Professional environment handling multiple tasks
